Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Venmo. (Cards are subject to a 3% + $0.30 processing fee.)
- A security deposit may be required depending on the property and length of stay.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Full refund available if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
- After 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future use.
- Shortened or extended stays must be requested and approved by the host

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 4pm
- Check-out: 11am
- Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Please report damages before check-out. Charges for replacements will be communicated accordingly.
- We are pet-friendly and charge a $125 flat rate for up to 2 pets per stay.

Discounts
- 10% discount on 7+ night stays.
- 20% discount on 30+ night stays.

Property Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties or events unless approved in writing.
- Respect neighbors and noise ordinances.

Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
